Whether you’re new to yoga, have specific goals you want to work towards or maybe, recovering from an injury, 1:2:1 classes provide the perfect opportunity to focus on you. If you want to invite a few friends to join, I can tailor a class for your group.

Online Yoga Classes
A convenient option which allows you to join a regular class wherever you are in the world. You’ll see the same faces every week!
Wednesday - 8.30 am: Midweek Flow to get you moving.
Thursday - 6.00 pm: Yoga Essentials.
A back to basics class that is suitable for all but particularly for those recovering from breast cancer, following sign off by their medical team.

Group Yoga Classes
I offer regular in person vinyasa flow 60 minute classes in central Henley-on-Thames which you can drop in, as your busy diary allows. Booking is essential.
Monday - 8.00 am: Stretch and Flow Leander Club, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2LP. Open to members and non-members
Friday - 8.00 am: Stretch into the weekend. Leander Club, Henley-on-Thames. RG9 2LP. Open to members and non-members

I have have spare mats so if you don't have one, let me know and I'll bring one for you.

My classes accommodate all levels. However, if you've never practised yoga before, I normally suggest that you have a one to one lesson with me or join my beginners online class on a Thursday at 6.00 pm

My group classes are held in venues which have toilets however, I suggest that you come dressed for class.

That's exactly why you're here! To improve your flexibility. You'll be amazed at how quickly your body responds to regular stretching.

I suggest loose, comfortable clothing that you can move in. I recommend wearing layers, so that you can remove outer layers if you feel hot as the practise develops.
