Making yoga accessible, so that you can start your yoga journey, whatever age.

Based in Henley-on-Thames, I teach body intelligent, vinyasa based yoga classes for ageing well, in person at Leander Club, on-line and one to one in the comfort of your own home.

My Approach

Ageing is a gift that we should embrace.  

How we age is key to a fulfilling mid and later life.  I encourage my clients to see yoga as a fundamental part of the ageing well process. My functional approach helps them feel stronger and more confident. 

Yoga helps to maintain and increase range of movement, flexibility and strength, whilst developing the mental resources to help deal with life’s curve balls.  Life is about experiences and to enjoy them to the full, we need to remain physically active, the number one predictor of longevity.

Providing you with tailored private yoga classes

Enjoy my in-person group classes, which include a beginners’ class. There’s something for everyone.  All my classes are delivered with an understanding of the positive impact on the body each of the yoga poses can provide.

    Whether you’re new to yoga, have specific goals you want to work towards or maybe, recovering from an injury, 1:2:1 classes provide the perfect opportunity to focus on you. If you want to invite a few friends to join, I can tailor a class for your group.

    Join me for regular in person classes in central Henley-on-Thames which you can drop in, as your busy diary allows.

    A convenient option which allows you to join a regular class wherever you are in the world. You’ll see the same faces every week!

Meet Maddy

Hi I’m Maddy, after a long and varied career involving a range of paths, I discovered yoga (albeit reluctantly at first!)

Embracing aging well and making a new life out of a yoga practice which has given me so much. I’d be delighted to support you whether it’s starting your yoga journey, maintaining a regular practice or assisting you through rehab.   

On the days, when you just want to find some calm in your busy life, we can relax and breathe together.
